Omaha National Announces New Members to Board of Directors
Four new directors enhance company’s expertise to support growth following successful $45 million Series B round
OMAHA, NE (October 26, 2021) – Omaha National Group, Inc. (“Omaha National”), a leading tech-enabled provider of workers compensation insurance and payroll services, has added four new directors to its board to guide the company’s growth.
The newly appointed board members bring deep insurance, technology and financial markets expertise to Omaha National as the company advances its market positioning and capabilities for small and mid-size businesses across America. Last month, Omaha National announced it closed a $45 million Series B round led by Accomplice to propel its transition to a full-stack carrier and to advance the expansion of the company’s proprietary software.
The new directors are:
- Beth Boucher, Former Senior Vice President & CIO, SiriusPoint
- Nick Davies, Former Chairman USA and President Brit Americas, Brit Insurance; Operating Partner, Agman
- Joyce Johnson-Miller, Chairman & Chief Investment Officer, Pacific Gate Capital
- Ryan Moore, Co-founder, Accomplice

The four new directors join existing board members Geoff Banta, former COO, President and CFO of Amerisafe; Dennis Chookaszian, former Chairman and CEO of CNA Insurance Companies; Reagan Pufall, President and CEO of Omaha National; and Scott Silverman, Founder and CEO of Agman.
